Consistency is hard.
Yesterday was my official 60th consecutive post, but today is the last day of June.
I couldn't decide to celebrate yesterday's milestone or today's.
It's not much when compared to what others have done, and definitely a blip in the long term goal I want to reach, but it's a meaningful step in the right direction for me.
There were definitely days the energy wasn't there, and I didn't feel like writing anything. But I pushed through and showed up. That definitely deserves a high-five.
To maintain consistency, it's vital to recognize and celebrate small wins along the way to appreciate where you are, and how far you've come, in order to motivate yourself to keep going.
