Program Leadership
Things get even more complex when you have multiple related projects trying to achieve a larger overall objective. Those efforts need coordination and continuous alignment. Someone needs to oversee the overall strategy, budget, schedule, and identify the dependencies and risks that span across all of the projects in flight.
I can help work closely with project managers to ensure that each project is on track to meet its objectives and deliverables, manage communications and stakeholder expectations across the program, and develop clear objectives and key results.
